Kayleigh Morgan is a self taught singer songwriter and musician from South Wales, UK.
A unique mixture of acoustic folk sensibilities and a punk rock background, Kayleigh’s songs delve into issues of mental health, love, politics and motivation.
Over the last 18 years Kayleigh has played all over the UK and has supported a lot of amazing artists live including “Killing For Company” the late great Stuart Cable’s band, the year they opened for The Who as well as artists like Anika Fehling (the 1997 Swedish Runner Up for The Eurovision Song Contest) and The Daniel Wakeford Experience. She was a semi finalist at The Feis Festival SupaJam competition in London, and has appeared in some magazines and on television.
Her new single “Innocence” is due to release December 4th, 2020.
“Innocence” is a stripped back acoustic number that mourns the youth that is corrupted by society’s dark influence. It was written and self recorded in local lockdown due to the continuing effects of COVID-19 and was produced by Mathias Helsing Andersson.
